"Updated' Information Downgrade

I was lucky enough to "catch" the updated page while it was briefly live a few months ago, roughly January. On that list it showed dozens or even hundreds of cities that the upgrades "were expected to go live within 6 months". My city (37312) was on that list. Is the plan still for those cities that were on that list to go live from that estimate, or has that changed? I'm really hoping that sometime between June and August the updates are live in my city.

I understand that this is a massive undertaking nationwide and I also know from personal experience having a lot of "status" checks on a project you are working diligently on can be frustrating/overwhelming. With that being said, Spectrum used to have the Network Evolution page fairly up to date month by month but then it just went "generic" and is for the most part useless. The suggest that you can inquire about your city is also useless as all of the answers fall into the same two rough categories:

  1. Sorry, I don't have any information for your city.
  2. Upgrades have been complete but I don't know when it will go live.

That is to some extent hyperbole but also generally the way each discussion goes. I wish Spectrum was able to give more up to date/more detailed information for each city. I also know that that sets a very strong set of expectations for their customers, especially if or when delays occur.

Unfortunately, no additional information is available at this time. We will update the When is our Network Evolution coming to you? link when more information is available.

For your individual address, be sure the you have your notifications preferences set and updated, as we are also contacting customers directly through their preferred communication choice when work is completed and the option to upgrade becomes available.
