RoadRunner email disappeared

after 20 years of use/payment my RoadRunner email has disappeared? i have created a new Spectrum email but nothing has migrated over. How can i access archived emails?

    Hello @terrireynolds;

    I can understand the frustration of not being able to access old email messages. Several months ago we migrated our email accounts to a new platform. There were many accounts that were not properly assigned to an account. They had to be linked to an account to stay in an active status. I do see you have a @nyc.rr.com email address now linked to the account. Are you logging into www.spectrum.net with the email account? You can access the email there to see if it still has messages. If the messages are not showing in our webmail then they will not be recoverable.
