in Spectrum TV App Feedback - Apple Devices and Apple TV

i have an iPhone 13. The Spectrum TV app only seems to work occasionally on my phone. For example, yesterday I was able to use it all day. Today, I pulled it up and the video froze almost immediately. I’ve tried removing the app and reinstalling it, but that does not seem to help.
