Any update on my area? Our Internet went down for a day last week so Spectrum could make upgrades to provide "enhanced service." I wonder if that was for high split/symmetrical speed.

    You're welcome! At this time we've only been advised that the upgrades in your area have started, but information on when the symmetrical speed will be available hasn't been provided yet.
