What happened to my roadrunner account?

Seems Spectrum just closed my email account down with no notification at all today. I use MS Outlook and have for years. I know for sure it was working this morning but around lunch it stopped working and just errors out. Error messages point that it can't find spectrum server at ip 47.43.26.4 The ping times out.

I find this is a most egregious act and is something that should have everyone up in arms. I have dozens of accounts linked to that email and I am so mad I could just scream. If this is happening to you please ring in with how you resolved it.

    UPDATE: my second call about my email address got some help. I was told that there were so many calls coming in for that reason she could show me how to get to my webmail using the roadrunner account. I just logged out of the spectrum app and then she removed that email ending in spectrum.net. Next she had me log in using austin.rr.com account and all my emails were there.

    She advised me to give the programmers 24 hours to fix the issues with third party Outlook accounts. Thank you South Carolina for the help!
