STLP-4004 Code on Accessing NBC 4?

Since last night, I've been trying to access NBC Channel 4 via cable modem. Message says that the channel is currently unavailable and to please try again late. I'm not seeing this error on other channels. Is there currently a problem in accessing Channel 4? Thank you.

    Hi @Petty10, welcome to our community! We are aware of an issue causing a black screen or unavailable errors on NBC and Telemundo channels. Our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible but haven't provided any estimates at this time.
