I can't be the only one...
SPAM FILTERS NOT WORKING!!! I've spent hours creating spam filtering lists. The filters direct the spam to be deleted, yet I continue to find offending emails in spam folder, containing keywords that I have already flagged. Obviously, there is a problem because this is basic stuff.
ALSO, both of my spectrum emails are uncirculated; meaning, they are barely used except for a few critical purposes (investments, medical, etc.)
So… how is it possible that both emails receive the same exact spam daily???? I strongly suspect that my sensitive account information has been compromised due to negligence by Spectrum.
I have no confidence in Spectrum email.

- If you mean "I can't be the only one..." who literally wants to keep their Spam folder spam-free [⁉️] then, wrong! You could be!!
- You use your email account, you expose your email address just like anybody else.
- If you prefer to possibly be the only email user to use filters without any spam mitigation heuristics, go into the Spam Management settings there in the webmail U.I. and change it to go into Inbox instead Spam Folder and see if that achieves that errand in the by and by.

Hello @Bogey;
Welcome to the Community Forums. Any filters you setup will only affect new email messages that arrive to the mailbox. Any messages that arrived prior will still be in the mailbox. If the messages are arriving in the spam folder then it indicates we are detecting that they are spam. It is placed into the spam folder to let you see if any messages are not spam so you can save them. If there is nothing that you want to save then you can delete all the messages in the mailbox.
