High Split for Euclid OH 44117.

We had a day long outage on 4/30 into 5/1 for scheduled upgrades. I had assumed this was in preparation for high split. Keep getting conflicting answers. Any way to tell if high split is truly available or not and if not, then roughly when? Competitive offers are getting tempting. Good download speeds, uploads in the 30-40Mbps range.

The maintenance work that was completed was related to network evolution upgrades. While these have been started for your hub, they are not yet complete and there is no estimate on when upgraded service will be active for your area outside the general timeframes included in the post copied below.
