Find husbands email account

in 2000 when we signed up with TWC we activated several email accounts. I was the account administrator. I set up the emails. My husband has not been able to access his email from spectrum.net or roadrunner. In several weeks. This account is in the coastal part of the state. I was able to reset my password for roadrunner and access it.

We have 2 accounts. One set up in 2000 and one set up in 2009 or so. Different parts of the state. Each has a different account holder but I am primary on both.

I can sent email to his RR email without error but we cannot access it. Help!

    I do apologize for the issues with accessing your husband's email account. When you go to our website here and try to login using his full email address and password to that email address do you get an error?
