How can I view my detailed mobile data usage on Spectrum?

Before switching my phone service to Spectrum Mobile, I was able to view my daily usage of mobile data on the Google Fi website and in the mobile app for the service. So far, I have only been able to view my mobile usage as a summary of usage within the current billing cycle. Consequently it is difficult to identify where or when I might be inadvertently using more data than usual when I approach my data limit.

Since I am certain that Spectrum has that detailed information (they are, no doubt, using that information to calculate my in-period usage), how can I obtain that information on a regular basis?

    Good morning and welcome @breinersj,

    You can definitely access your current data usage information. This can be done through the My Spectrum app, or logging into spectrum.net. You also have notifications available to let you know when certain events occur, like By The Gig data usage.

    For viewing your data usage and other mobile account activity, either historical or for the current cycle, it would be under Billing > select the Mobile account > then click the statement you want to view usage information for (past or estimated next bill) > expand the line details and under the line will be a usage details link. The data tab there would have usage by day.

    For managing mobile notifications, you'd visit the more section > settings > notifications. There will be options related to the main account as well as mobile separately.
