The Apple TV app now requires a login every time it's quit?

edited June 7 in Spectrum TV App Feedback - Apple Devices and Apple TV

It used to be we started the ATV, clicked the Spectrum app, and happy days. Now we have to login several times a day.

Is this a problem with the Apple TV not caching the username/password or some helpful update to the actual Spectrum ATV app?

    Hey @diverdown, welcome to our community! You shouldn't need to log in every time, that would get tedious. It could be the Apple TV but I don't want to jump to any conclusions just yet. Are you connected to your home network? Can you try rebooting your Apple TV and internet modem? If the issue persists afterward, try reinstalling the Spectrum TV app.
