email from charter communications

Hi! I have a charter email account but have not used it for a long time. I would like to be able to use it again since I have an account that is sending me emails to my account at charter.net. I realize this is really old but I was able to login with my user name and password….it's just that nothing came up….too old. How can I do this again? I am a spectrum customer.

Good morning @jnornes. We are sorry that you are having issues with accessing email. Can you try to go to Spectrum.net, log in and then on the left side click more and then check email.
