Hey there, just checking in on the rollout for Glens Falls, NY / 12801. The upgrades began in fall of last year, so I assume things are getting close. Would appreciate any updates/timelines you can provide!

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration of waiting for the upgrades to complete. The Network Evolution can take time to complete. We have to replace many parts of the network and this can take time. We currently do not have an estimate on when the work will be completed and enabled. It will probably be several months before it will be completed.
