Buffering problems after upgrading the spectrum app

in Spectrum TV App Feedback - Apple Devices and Apple TV

After the last app upgrade i have constant buffering and delays in the spectrum app. I donot have any problems with other streaming services, only spectrum. I have Apple TV and it is current, same with my TV os as well.

Only spectrum app is problem


any ideas

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for the issues you're having with our TV app. I'm not seeing any known issues with our app at this time. Do you notice the issues on any other devices like a cell phone or tablet?

    Are you able to also test the app using the cell network on a cell phone to see if it happens there as well?
