When I try to access my email outside of my homewifi, it states a code will be sent via text or phone call. The only problem is the code is sent to the primary owner of the spectrum account and not MY phone number. How do I attach MY phone number in order for the code to be sent to access my email. Please help or give me a phone number I can call. Thank you.
