Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area for a specific service address

we use an address of *******@aol.com and now aol is in charge of our email

how did this happen? We have more spam, filthy spam, than ever before because of this change

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    If your email address is an aol.com one then that would not have anything to do with our service. Our email service would be something ending in spectrum.net or rr.com for older accounts.
