in Spectrum TV App Feedback - XUMO

Horrible! I've already had to replace both a month ago & now one of the "new" ones doesn't work. It will freeze on Spectrum news & not change channels. And God forbid I cut the TV off. It will not turn back on. It blinks forever then goes dead. I reset over & over. Eventually it reconnects. It makes me read the user agreement over & over... worthless. I'm about to turn them both in and just use my Amazon firestick.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    I do apologize for the issues you're having with the Xumo box. Do you have issues with other apps on the Xumo box? As for the Firestick the Spectrum TV app is not currently available on the Firestick. You are welcome to use any of the devices on this list here with the Spectrum app at no extra charge.

    If you happen to have an Android TV, Google TV or Samsung TV, you can install the Spectrum app and see if it works better for you.
