Any word when this will be available here? To my knowledge, physical upgrades were completed nearly 6 months ago.

FYI, Cleveland Utilities is now advertising symmetrical 1000Mbps service for $67.99/mo.

I just want to know when high split will be available.

    At this time I show the construction for the high split upgrades have been completed, but we haven't been given a launch date for the symmetrical speeds to be available.
