Spectrum Guide no longer lets me have my local channels

A change that happened this week to our service/Guide - I have two homes and have used my main home login for my streaming services at the second home. It's 45 minutes away. No longer will that work in that I cannot get a local channel - WTVT (Fox) Channel 13 in Tampa Bay . Both homes are in the same television market and the same county. It would be nice to be given a choice in the matter. Funny how I can still get Spectrum Bay News 9 but not Channel 13.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for the issues that you are having with our Spectrum TV app service. From what I can see in your area that channel should be able to be viewed as long as you are in the same market.

    You would just need to make sure the device you are using is not using a VPN or other connection that causes the app to think you're not local.
