A note regarding upgrades and Network Evolution:


Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year

Any information on High-Split for 29161?

I received a message about spectrum upgrading services in our area (Timmonsville, SC 29161) over the last 2 days. This work was completed this morning, and I have not received anymore information other than a text saying that the work was completed and that "You will not be able to access even higher levels of spectrum service". However, I don't see any new options available to me, nor am I seeing any High-Split functionality for my area.

Is there a delay between work complete and the actual functionality? Was this for something entirely different? I can't seem to get proper information from anyone.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for any confusion the upgrades for high split/symmetrical service is done in phases. I am seeing the upgrades in your area started but they have not completed yet and there is no date for completion currently available.
