    HI & welcome!

You can check eligibility for your location and service package by going to spectrum.net or using the My Spectrum app to log in to your account. If you are eligible, you will see one of the following alerts to walk you through the process. If you have an existing Prime account, you may need to create a new account.

Every time I try to check if I’m eligible I get an error message. See attached image.

The screen shot that you've provided indicates that you are logged in through a browser on your mobile device. If you're able to do so, please log out of your account and use the mobile application to log into your account. You can also try clearing your browser history, cookies and cache and then reloading the website.

Nothing shows up in the mobile app either. I’ve cleared all browsing data and have used 4 different browsers with the same result.

Hello and welcome to the Community forums @Fluce1971 !

For the amazon prime activation, when you visit the app/site, what behavior(s) are you seeing?

I logged into my web site account and didn't see its offer. I guess I don't get that offer unless I missed it. If it is unavailable, will it come to my and other cities soon?

I got the email back on the 20th and was able to click and go to activate and then it says Service unavailable. I did call they said theres a green check mark by my account and that I qualify, yetno one can explain why I cant get it to go thru. They sent me to call Amazon and they said, oh thats an issue with Spectrum webpage. Makes no sense to email and offer it, only to have the spectrum.net/prime page to say its unavailable.
