I am having a lot of trouble sending emails

Exactly. Nobody relays SMTP from outside without the outsider IP address having a reverse-DNS pointer record for security reasons. Who knows if the byzantines are already in the process of getting that resolved for that particular range of their IP addresses in the by and by but, otherwise, you'd obviously need to contact them directly about it and, in the meantime, hopefully be able to send via the webmail portal.
