Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year

I only get email from Spectrum. I dont get my regular emails from others

When I was working with my email account about a month ago I clicked on 'default' sometime during the session. Every since I do not get my email on the computer but do get it on my kindle. What have I done wrong and how to fix it? The only email I get is from Spectrum.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for the issues you're having with our email service. If you go to our website here and login using your full email address and it's password and go to the check email link on the left are you able to see all of your emails?
