Is there an ETA available for High Split in the 14040 zip code? I see linemen around all the time; Eagerly awaiting this upgrade here!

    At this time your area does not have any time frames available for when the upgrades will begin or complete. Any linemen you see are most likely doing routine maintenance or repairs.
