I am unable to receive e-mails on my iphone 12. I can send e-mails, but can't receive them.

    Hi @butzen Please see the above note. There is currently a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients. You should still be able to access webmail by signing in at Spectrum.net and selecting Check Email on the sidebar to the left.
