Hello we're right on the border of these two zip codes. When is high split coming to these areas?

Also, we had an upgrade attempted in our area and then received a notification that there was an issue performing the upgrade. "We’re unable to complete this phase of the upgrade due to weather or access-related issues. No further action is required from you at this time. We will be in touch when we know the next upgrade window". There was no adverse weather at the time. Was this an access issue on our property or somewhere else. Thanks!
