Whats going on with EmClient

😡I can't send or receive any mail using my emclient which has been working just fine until 4 days ago. I don't like using the Spectrum one, it's too plain and you can't access the properties of the emails being sent to me. I check those when I suspect a fraudulent email. Why do you have to mess with something that wasn't broken? I have been using mail.twc.com because I have the old RR email.

Is there any 3rd party email that Spectrum allows. I was using emClient and now my mail won't send or receive. The spectrum mail program is just to plain and I can't look at the email being sent to me for the properties, that's how I have been able to tell if the email sent to be if fraud

I want my email coming through EmClient, which I paid for the full version, and now it doesn't work because Spectrum has a hissy fit over email clients😡

Spectrum email is a free service as part of an active internet subscription. If you can access email through spectrum.net, then it is working as intended.

To troubleshoot issues with third party email providers, you will need to contact the third party email provider for support and assistance.

I have been and their solutions aren't working. Online says it's a Spectrum issue
