Any updates on HBO closed-captioning?

    I am still not getting closed captions on my HBO channels with a Spectrum cable box. I have been told Spectrum is trying to work this out with HBO but how long could this take? It’s been a couple of weeks now.

    Hi @AMCG, welcome to our community! I do see a ticket for this is still open, we've been advised this is expected to be fixed within the next few days, though please note that's just an estimate.
