@charter.net user account access has stopped working but primary address works.
I have had multiple "@charter.net" email addresses for family users for 15+ years. Something recently changed and the last time I was able to access some emails was Friday, September 29th, 2023.
I am using the email account from the mail application on iPhone, iPad, and Windows computers.
It affects all of the user accounts, but not my primary "@charter.net" email address. (I can access that through the spectrum webmail portal.)
Did these accounts get locked? I cannot access any of them through my primary account. Also, I get no error codes from Outlook or iOS Mail except to suggest usernames or passwords aren't found or valid. (Not exact wording - you get the gist, though, eh?)
