Good morning @Blackbeard,
I'm sorry to hear you'd like to cancel service. You can do so by calling 855-707-7328, or by visiting a local store found at http://bit.ly/2Sb1Tgu with any equipment that may need returned. If you choose to call, any equipment can also be returned through The UPS Store, which would handle any packaging and shipping of equipment at no cost to you. If there's any service issues leading you to that decision, we're always happy to assist. -Mo
