Great customer service from Barbara!

I am writing this comment so that you as her supervisor can let her know how I felt about her as an employee and most of her time, patience, and knowledge were well above anticipated. I am a Christian and what she showed me was that her character was of Jesus' and that was "Love One Another As I've Loved You." I was lengthy in acknowledging that I didn't know how to find and follow her instructions, but she never waived or seemed to be in a hurry to do what was expected. If I could, I would give her a BIG Hug and a RAISE for being a GREAT representative of Spectrum. Please if you are permitted…Let her know that her service was appreciated. I did get her name it was Barbara!
