I am a Spectrum Internet customer. Please give me the ability to create a guest account (SSID) on the router. I do not want to have to buy my own router just to accomplish this one simple task. A guest account is a basic security feature that Spectrum should never have blocked customers from having on its routers.

I have received two emails asking me to complete an annual survey, and the link in both does not land on a viewable page. I just get the spinning icon, and refreshing is ineffective. I tried to access Feedback and suggestion from the home page menu at spectrum.net. but that menu item has no link at all.
