excellent job!

My 80+ year old mother had a problem with her internet being down today, and I was incredibly impressed both with the way you treated her, and with your level of service.

Someone talked with her online, but was unable to fix the problem remotely. So you sent out a technician, already a step above and beyond in today's world. He then checked the connection and verified that both the cable connection and the wifi were working properly on your end. (I talked to him myself on the phone, and he was incredibly competent and knowledgeable. And it was clear within about 30 seconds of conversation that the problem was on our end and not yours.)

That should have been the end of it. But it wasn't. The technician went well above and what I would think of as his job description and reached out to another tech with more experience. And that tech helped him to fix the problem on my mother's software. And then he went through the process he used to fix the software with my mother again to make sure she could do it herself… twice. Unbelievable service.

Please, please thank Carlos in Los Alamitos, CA for his service today. I wish there were more people out there like him. And I defintely plan to be a Spectrum customer for a very long time.
