This weekend I had the pleasure of getting helped by Olivia of Kansas City. Her service management knowledge, skill and handling are the most incredible I’ve ever experienced. She has a can-do, bright and positive outlook on problem-solving. She’s graciously tenacious. And Olivia has a very keen ear. She listens to everything and gets to the heart of what it is needed. Olivia made me happier than kids on Christmas morning! I’m proud to be a loyal Spectrum customer. I look forward to maintaining my internet services with the company no matter what.


Please, give Olivia a raise/promotiom and paid vacation. She deserves it! 😂
