Spectrum Tech finally fixes it!!!
I would like to provide feedback on an exceptional service by one of your Techs!! I have tried over and over again to resolve an issue and Peter fixed my issue. This was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced and my experience with Peter was the best customer service experience I have ever had!! Not only did he spend time trying to figure out the issue. He was able to fix it and my services have been working amazing ever since!! I will never forget this experience! Thank You Peter!!!
