To whom it may concern:

Tbh...my experience thus far with spectrum has been BEYOND UNSATISFACTORY!! BUT...the other day i walked into your store in Carlsbad, CA and was helped by a rep named Brian Hill & i must say...he was AMAZING!! Ive been dealing with moving my mom to asst living since she broke her hip last month and my life has been turned upside down!! I went in there to return her equipment PRAYING that I wasn't going to be given a hard time...& Brian was an absolute ANGEL!! He was SO HELPFUL & SO KIND...IT WAS SO NICE TO HAVE A CSR CARE ABOUT ME AS A PERSON AND THE SITUATION I WAS DEALING WITH & GO THE EXTRA MILE TO NOT ONLY ASST ME WITH RETURNING HER EQUIPMENT...BUT JUST BE A COMPASSIONATE HUMAN BEING & be that smiling face on the other side of the counter...it really meant alot to me. He is a knowledgeable worker & an overall good human being & you are SO LUCKY to have someone like him working for you!! He is the kind of person you need in all aspects of your business!! Thank you again Brian for being so awesome!! I hope Spectrum realizes what a special person u are & how lucky they are to have you!! In any event...Brian definitely restored my faith in Spectrum...because i was at my witts end with your serivices!! Thanks again Brian and keep being who you are!! You're one of a kind!!
