Hello Spectrum. I want to share with you the most positive experience I've had with a contractor of any type and of the many Spectrum/TWC technicians I've experience. I'm in the 45822 area. Colton came to re-route an entry point originally. I can't say enough about him. Colton was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything he did. He fixed all the problems I originally called service for and offered several better alternatives and solutions that I hadn't even though of and I consider myself pretty competent. The finished job looks incredible! It is the best and cleanest hookup I've ever seen from Spectrum or any type of contractor I've ever dealt with. I was watching over him because I wanted it done right. I didn't bother him and gave him room and space to work but he knew I was watching him. Nonetheless, he performed extraordinarily! He was quick and careful and knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. I couldn't be more happy with how it looks now. It was such a major help to me and my piece of mind and he boosted my mood. He was so professional that he even managed to deal with my talkative neighbor with no shirt on, lol, and he was super respectful and kind to him (an older man) and go right to work. He even offered to clean the carpet because his boot covers got wet (it was raining and the area he had to work in was dirt/mud). He inspected all of the last guy's work and made sure everything was perfect for me. Colton is one of kind. I couldn't be happier. Please send this to his supervisors so that they know what a gift they have in Colton and the trust they can put in him. 10/10 rating. 5/5 stars. Thank you so much Colton!
