My customer service agent Valu was very kind, helpfull, and understanding our situation with moving. She was very patient when I was looking for my account information, walked us through the transfer so flawlessly with in 20 mins we had established connection. Thank you again Valu! Thank you spectrum for having great customer service 10/10
