I've been looking for about twenty minutes online and then had an online chat to find a way to provide positive feedback for an experience I had today with a phone rep. Unless I'm just having an off day, Spectrum doesn't seem to make it very easy … to have an obvious, easy-to-find "So How Are We Doing" web page or form for customer use. IMO, it should be really easy to give feedback of any sort … but especially when something goes quite well as it did in my case. Now that I've expressed that slight frustration, the phone rep is ED in TAMPA. He assisted by with a change-in-service to accommodate a pending move … and was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout. His boss needs to know the quality work he's doing from a customer perspective. Thanks Ed!
