Spectrum Guide DVR not allowing recording all channels
There used to be an option of selecting “all channels” when a program was shown on different channels. Now I can only choose one channel or the other to record. It will not allow me to set a second recording for the same program on the other channel. They need to bring that option back. Not being able to record the shows I want defeats the purpose of having a dvr

Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the need to record a program on multiple channels. I see that you have one of our newer cable boxes. The software on our newer cable boxes does not have the options to setup a series recording on multiple channels. We will forward your feedback on the software to be considered for future updates to the software.
