    Hi & welcome!

    You are correct, that email was not sent by Spectrum. There is an accent over the e, and the email (webmail2@spectrumbillpays.com) is not a Spectrum email. All official emails will be from the @spectrum.net or @spectrum.com domains.

    You should ignore and block this email. I will forward the information to our internal leadership for additional monitoring. Thanks for letting us know and please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
