Outage
Why are there constant internet outages in my area. It's a big concern when I work remote. If my place of work was not producing for our clients, we would be out of business. And probably will if this continues. Please explain the reasoning for all these outages!!!!
On another note, defeats the purpose that you all upgraded the speed "at no additional charge" when half the time I am without service.

This has been going on for a while , seems 2 months or so. I keep getting texts and emails advising of outages in my area. There are times when I’m in the office so it doesn’t impact me but today I was working remotely and lost internet. Luckily it was short lived. There’s times when it will go out a few minutes to couple of hours. Spectrum is aware as I get notified but it does have an impact on my work. The internet is fast when it’s working .

I understand the frustration and do apologize for the constant issues. Generally we are not given information as to the causes of issues. They could be due to a number of things and are usually not related to one another.
