Why is my internet and Wi-Fi consistently so slow? As you can see from the attached speed test, the speeds are extremely poor? My neighborhood is only about 10 years old, and the cable to my house was replaced with a brand-new line just this past spring. Yet this continues to be an ongoing problem.
This is about the third week since the services were upgraded in my area and all but two days so far have had anywhere from 1-4 outages per day, whereas before the upgrade it was about one every few months. I don't understand why are there so many. It is very frustrating.

My area has a planned upgrade outage 2 nights ago. Then service got restored my IP is registered well outside my viewing area for streaming TV. I now get the local channels for Charlotte NC and should be getting them for Greenville SC. No I do not use a vpn. Who fixes this?
I upgraded my plan to be the 2Gbps plan along with the invincible wifi, all to find out when trying to setup the WiFi network on the new equipment - they don't allow special characters in your network password.
