Hello @Pamjay78_ Welcome to the Spectrum Community!
To get the MAX app you need to do the following:
1.) Subscribe to any Spectrum Select TV package. Call Spectrum Customer Care if you don't have a Spectrum Select TV plan, and a CSR will help you choose a plan best for your needs and interests.
2.) Please note that new accounts or equipment swaps may take between up to 48 hours to activate online.
3.) If you are an existing customer, already with a Spectrum TV Select plan, log in to your account with the same user name and password you use at the forums. Go to Spectrum.net and log in to your account.
4.) Select the TV Services/Streaming Tab
5.) Scroll down to a list of services that are available to stream in your TV package. In your case, find MAX, and follow the instructions to activate your account. If you are asked to log in with a provider, choose Spectrum. If you are asked for a user name and password, use the same username and password that you use to log into your Spectrum account and the forums.
6.) Repeat this process for each streaming service in your Spectrum TV Select Plan you want to. activate.
7.) You may also be able to get these apps on certain Smart TV's In all cases, a Spectrum TV Select plan is required and a 48 hour wait period may be needed for new online transactions to sync with the Spectrum Servers. Use the same Spectrum user-name and password for each streaming service through Spectrum
8.) You can also get ad-free versions of the apps for a discounted monthly fee. A Spectrum CSR can discuss that with you in selecting or updating your Spectrum Select package plans.
Finally, signing up with a Spectrum Select TV plan does not over-ride existing packages or billings if you signed through a service independently without Spectrum. If you don't want multiple accounts with the same service, you should cancel the non-Spectrum account if this condition applies to you.
