I think due to a lightning strike my modem/router has failed. The Ethernet ports don't work but the wi-fi part works fine. It's a Surfboard SBG10 and it's mine. What do I do next?

Good morning, @bnvoss. Welcome to our community. There are a few options if your modem is no longer working. You can purchase your own compatible modem or you can get a modem from us which can be shipped or picked up from a Spectrum store location. There is no cost to use our modem, but a router would be $10 monthly unless you purchase your own.

Welcome!
