How to reboot modem remotely?

I want to be able to reboot the modem when I am out of the house on vacation.
The instructions I've found say to log into Spectrum, go to Services > Internet tab, choose your modem/router and click on "Experiencing Issues?" to reset the equipment.
Alternatively, you can use the My Spectrum app or the hard reset button on the router to perform a factory reset.
However, both on a standard PC browser and on the Spectrum app (since it also uses a browser) it says "Your internet status is unavailable".
I know the internet is working, since I can see my cameras are online. It is when the cameras are not online, that I want to be able to reboot the modem myself without having to call Spectrum to do it from their side.

Hello @MeryJS
Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with remotely troubleshooting our modem. Typically, if there's an "unavailable" error in the app or on the website that usually indicates a connection issue with the modem. A manual reboot usually resolves the issue if there's nothing deeper going on. Are you near the modem and router now and able to reboot them? If not, may I send some signals to the equipment to reboot it?
