    Hi @ToddM68

Welcome to our Community Forums! I am happy to help you with your email sub-accounts! You can find that information by logging into selfcare.rr.com with the credentials for your primary email account.

Just curious if you could log on to your at-large Spectrum account with your primary role credentials via www.spectrum.net and then hit ✉️ Check Email in the left column of the 🏠 Home (account summary) page and then hit ⛭ Settings in the left column of the webmail portal and look at the Email Address. Just curious if that's a ".com" email address or is it a ".net" email address. Also curious if the sub-accounts you're looking for are of ".net" addresses or are they of ".com" addresses.

I was able to access these *.net email sub accounts after calling Spectrum support. They had to reactivate these accounts. After that, I logged into my email and selected “forgot username/password “ and created a new password for each account. Worked fine. The key was Spectrum had to “activate” these accounts again. I’m not sure why they were ever deactivated (circa November 2024) as they were used almost daily. My primary ***@charter.net email always worked fine. Not sure why the sub accounts were deactivated, but quick fix after a phone call (quick response on a Sunday morning) to reactivate these accounts.
