Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

I do apologize for the issues you are having with logging in with your Spectrum login to Fanduel. I was able to login using my own account to the Fanduel TV app so it should allow you to login as well.

The error you are showing is too many failed attempts. Did you wait the required 30 minutes before trying again? If so are you able to login to the My Spectrum App or the Spectrum TV app using the same login information?

First issue I never had any failed attempts trying to log into Fan Duel Sport so their should have never been a 30 minute lockout, I waited 30 minutes yesterday and still got same error. It did finally allow me to login the next day.

This is doing this to me! First one tv and after a while, somehow it let me in. Now another TV and it will not allow me to sign in. I just keep getting this message. It also sends me to some other person’s (whom I have never heard of) account repeatedly so I have to change user names. A Quick Look at Reddit confirms I am not the only person with this issue. This is ridiculous and no one at Spectrum has been able to help anyone.
I have also removed and reinstalled apps and cleared caches repeatedly.

Same issue, no help at all. Tired of this company.

    Good evening @wescoastg1253

I am very sorry that this is happening. Did you receive this error after trying to log in or had you not attempted to log in at all? Are you able to uninstall the App and reinstall the App to see if this helps out? -Lyn

This happened the first time I tried to sign into the FanDuel app on my Firestick. It continues to do so. I have three TVs that I have tried to sign into - two using Firesticks, one using Roku. All have given me the error:

You've exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please try again in 30 minutes. ELI-1025

One of the Firestick TVs and the Roku tv have eventually let me sign in. One, unfortunately our main tv, does not let me sign in and gives me that error every single time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled apps, cleared caches, etc. but I shouldn’t even have to try that. Spectrum and FanDuel need to talk to each other and figure this out.

Thank you for trying that. I am sorry it didn't help out. I would recommend resetting the internet equipment. This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes. Are you able to try this and let us know? -Lyn

@Maryjay60 : I'd contact FanDuel Sports Network and find out if that fault dialog can mean too many registered devices and/or too many concurrent streaming sessions and, if so, whether simply being logged in on a device equates to a streaming session.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I can no longer link my FanDuel Sportsbook Network app to my Spectrum account. I’ve experienced the same types of errors: sometimes wrong account name shows up, sometimes I get the ELI-1025 error, and sometimes can login with spectrum and the FanDuel account shows it as being linked…but then it says I have to purchase a subscription. In other words, it doesn’t recognize Spectrum as my free provider for their content.

@Hitts1 : As FanDuel Sportsbook and FanDuel Sports Network are two different things, i take it that you're actually talking about the latter of the two.

@Hitts1 : P.S.: i take it that by "free" that you mean that you have at least one of the FanDuel Sports Network RSN's included in your 🔗 linear lineup.

The FD app did not work well on my Xumo service (pixelization or no picture after commercial break, could not make FD a favorite app and it would not move to the top row of frequently used apps, etc). I tried using the app on my Firestick, which worked much better and solved those problems I noted with Xumo. After about 45 days, suddenly I could not log on to the FD app from either Firestick or Xumo. As soon as I selected "Connect through Provider" the screen immediately goes to message that says, "Having trouble loading your videold" or "User not authorized". FD support (chat) was no help. Spectrum support said change my password and wait 24 hrs, which I did, but same results. Today I canceled my sports package that included FD. I don't need to pay for horrible/no service or the aggravation.

Can Spectrum please call the Fan Duel Sports Network and link the Spectrum Accounts in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to their Network for streaming. Right now the accounts are not linking and Fan Dual is listing geographic error messages from sites with the wrong state and zip code listed, as well as no login connections linking the accounts so that no streaming is working at all. You need to call them or it will never get fixed. The tech departments of the two companies need to work together to solve the connection issue.
