Is the High Split upgrade affecting my Cable Card DVR?

I am in Zip 91320 (Newbury Park) and I am interested in the High Split upgrade. I lost all channels on BOTH of my Cable Card/TA operated DVRs on or about March 15th. I read on another forum that legacy TWC areas like DFW were upgrading to HS on that date (3/15). I don't remember getting any notice (email or letter) about this upgrade. Support doesn't seem to know what has happened. Authorization doesn't work. It seems like the CC is not connected to the Headend. I am curious about the OOB messages. No one has been able to tell me if the High Split upgrade has begun here. They did send a truck, but the "senior" technician seemed to be at a loss, and couldn't help. I can find no information on how to order a High Split Converter and I can't seem to find anyone that knows anything about the High Split upgrade. If the upgrade has begun, how do I get the HSC box?

Hopefully your situation may play out like it did for this cat (who, by the way, registered onto the TiVO community from Riverside for whatever relevance that may be worth) but who knows:

Thank you. Another senior technician should be rolling out on the 9th. I am hoping we are getting closer to a resolution.

I called Spectrum Cable Card Support. They said TAs/HSCs use the same order code, they couldn't choose just the HSC box. The warehouse checks my account and they send what my account is coded for. How do I get Spectrum to send the HSC? Is there some level of escalation that can override the code? Is there a way to get someone to contact the warehouse? Thanks

I doubt if anybody could get any HSC's in advance of even being notified of when high-split RF re-stacking will even begin in their neighborhood. Take a look at the discussion i linked and pay more attention to comments #9 & #10.

Good morning @Tango6333. Welcome to our community. I have reviewed the account, and I do not see any updates as to high split expansion in your area at this time, once that is available in your area, you will receive notification.

Some progress today. The tuning adapters they sent arrived today, and they were the Vecima HSCs! I plugged in and they locked on right away. The Cable Card screen showed more information including Con: Yes, Val: V, Auth: OC, not S. When I check the Diagnostics screen, it showed Paired: No. A technician had rolled for an appointment today. He tried a different Cable Card but couldn't get it to work, Val: ?. BTW, He had amazing Cable Card skills; I found the needle in the tech haystack! He and his supervisor decided that I need two new High Split Cable Cards. After escalation, I was able to have a supervisor order the HS Cable Cards. An email says they are on their way. Looking forward to seeing what I get. So some progress, waiting on the next step. I really appreciate all the support!
