My Florida home is my second home and I’m not there for months at a time. Is there any way to pause my account when I’m gone for weeks/months at a time? If not, how can I bring down my monthly bill? $149 a month is quite steep if I’m not there.

Good afternoon & welcome @BocaCiegaBay,
You can place an account on seasonal status for at least 2 months, but not longer than 9 months, one time every 12 months. Depending on the service you have, there are a couple options for your service. To start seasonal service, please give us a call at 855-707-7328.
